No we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items due to most of our products being handmade all sales are final

do you offer nut free items

yes we offer many items without nuts including items that may contain coconut in them if a product has a nut based ingredient in it and you would like to substitute it please message us or leave it in the notes at checkout in the contact us link 

what type of hair type do your haircare products work for?

our haircare works for all hair types from type A-C

What do we do if a package has not arrived?

First you check your tracking numbers which are sent out with EVERY order second you contact USPS and file a claim third you notify us of the issue. Once the orders are shipped we have no control over them all orders are insured and in the hands of USPS once shipped any issues should be referred to them. once an item is shipped a tracking number is attached and in the hands of Usps you must file a claim with them.

How do I place an order?

Choose item/s place them in your cart click checkout a page should pop up, go to the contact us Page then provide the product/s and subtotal and any customizations, payments process through square app payment.
